EFT tapping is emotional acupressure.
It focuses on the meridian points to restore balance of energy in the body and relieve symptoms that a negative emotion may have caused.
In acupuncture, needles are used. in EFT, we use our fingers to tap the points.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping:
EFT Tapping is a holistic healing method that combines elements of traditional Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. This technique aims to balance the body's energy system and reduce physical and emotional distress.
How EFT Tapping Works:
Identify the Issue: Focus on a specific problem or emotion you want to address, such as anxiety, pain, or a traumatic memory.
Set Up Statement: Create a statement that acknowledges the issue and affirms self-acceptance. For example, "Even though I feel anxious, I deeply and completely accept myself."
Tapping Sequence: Use your fingertips to gently tap on a series of meridian points on the body, including the side of the hand, top of the head, eyebrows, side of the eyes, under the eyes, under the nose, chin, collarbone, and under the arms.
Repeat and Reassess: Repeat the tapping sequence while focusing on the issue and reassessing the intensity of the emotion or pain. Continue tapping until you feel a significant reduction in distress.
Benefits of EFT Tapping:
Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Helps calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Alleviates Physical Pain: Can be effective in managing chronic pain and other physical symptoms.
Improves Emotional Well-Being: Promotes emotional healing and helps release negative emotions.
Enhances Mental Clarity: Supports mental clarity and focus by reducing emotional clutter.
Boosts Overall Health: Contributes to overall well-being by balancing the body's energy system.
EFT Tapping is a versatile and accessible technique that can be used by anyone to address a wide range of physical and emotional issues. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments
